This mixed-use, urban infill project is a redevelopment built on the foundation of a popular neighborhood hardware store that closed after it was gutted by fire.   Initially a tragic loss to the neighborhood when it burned in 2006, the store had been an anchor for this pedestrian-friendly South Baton Rouge neighborhood for decades.  A diverse mix of restaurants and retail shops at ground level provide activity from early morning until late into the evening.   Two floors of 1100-sf condominiums are located on the upper floors.
