The Owners sought to transform a 25-year-old red brick/ white column home into a family estate with a French Colonial style, designed for gatherings of all sizes. The greatest challenge was to create a plan that works for the new Owners which involved major changes to the existing structure. Although the changes on the exterior appear almost minor, in reality, the house was completely flipped on the inside. The old Kitchen became the new Master Site, the two story Living Room was converted into two separate floors, the old Master Suite became the new Kitchen and Den, the stairs were relocated and reconstructed, and the list goes on. The result was an amazing transformation.
