With the dynamic Shaw Center as a backdrop, and bound by a popular restaurant, courtyard and pedestrian accessway, this multi-use urban-infill project had a narrow and challenging site. As the first ground-up downtown Baton Rouge residential project in 40 years, it sets the stage for future residential development in the area.
