Jason is another RHH transplant to Baton Rouge from the small Cajun town of Kaplan, in southwest Louisiana. A resident of Baton Rouge since attending LSU, Jason joined the firm in 2009. As the firm’s Design Director, Jason is instrumental in ensuring that each project’s unique design direction and trademark RHH design quality is maintained from conception through completion.
In addition to his focus on the public and commercial sectors, Jason influences and oversees design on nearly every project at RHH, while also mentoring interns and young architects on the critical importance of design and detailing to the RHH brand.
In his role as Design Director, Jason works closely with each project team to ensure that the design, material selection, and detailing all support the client’s ultimate vision. This requires a special understanding of context, proportion, building materials and systems, and an intense attention to detail at all phases of every project.
Jason shares his passion for design with his wife, also an Architect, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his young family. He is a member of the Board of Directors of AIA Louisiana, and is actively engaged at his church.
