Cypress River Lofts is a boutique apartment complex located at the corner of Duane and Oklahoma Streets, just one-third of a mile from the Baton Rouge Water Campus. Thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood, the development consists of four buildings scaled to nestle comfortably into the existing urban fabric. The complex features 16 one-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units, offering a mix of housing options. Residents also enjoy access to a community space and a fenced outdoor activity area with a pavilion, promoting interaction and outdoor living.
